Refund & Return Policy
At Liberty Copper, we take pride in providing quality copper bullion products and fast order fulfillment. Due to the nature of precious metals and bullion products, all sales are considered final after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations or refund requests will only be considered within 24 hours of purchase and only if the order has not yet been processed, packaged, handled, or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing, packaging, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Approved Returns
Returns are only accepted under exceptional circumstances and must be authorized by Liberty Copper in writing before any item is returned.
If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:
- The customer is fully responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and all return shipping costs
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit
- A handling/restocking fee of 5% of the order total may be deducted from the refund
- For orders of $299 or more that qualified for free shipping, the customer is also responsible for reimbursing Liberty Copper for the original outbound shipping cost paid by Liberty Copper
Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will only be issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by Liberty Copper.
We reserve the right to deny any refund or return request if the returned items do not meet the conditions outlined above.
