Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after receipt of cleared payment. We ship exclusively via USPS Priority Mail and UPS, using reliable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Once an order leaves our warehouse and is accepted by the carrier, full responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider. LibertyCopper.net is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

Tracking information will be provided to the customer at the time of shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund, and the customer is solely responsible for recovering the shipment.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, credits, or reimbursements of any kind.
