Refund policy

All sales are final after 24 hours from the time of purchase. Order cancellations or refund requests will only be considered within 24 hours of purchase and only if the order has not been processed, handled, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or otherwise handled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If a cancellation or return is approved under exceptional circumstances, a handling fee of up to 5% of the order total may be deducted to cover processing, labor, and administrative costs.

Approved returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and securely packaged

  • Returns must be authorized in writing prior to shipment

  • The buyer is responsible for the original shipping cost of the order (for orders $199 or more), and the shipping cost will be deducted, plus a 5% handling fee. 

To request a cancellation or return, the buyer must contact contact@libertycopper.net within the allowable time frame. We reserve the right to request additional information and to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion.
